I think that the north gulch development site is perfect for this in every way possible and that if Whole Foods goes for it than it could have better parking than the Green Hills store although East Nashville is where I would love it to go for sure but
the thing with deeper East Nashville zip code 37206 is that people here are just not quite rich enough yet to support a Whole Foods at the moment.
Also there is not enough retail space for a East Nashville store either except on Dickerson Pike which you know they would never put a store although I want to see Dickerson Road and zip code 37207 gentrify one day without a doubt sice I live in zip code 37207 and at least have a Publix and be like Charlotte Pike as a street some day.As I will say Whole Foods in the gulch is the right idea for sure and it would do good there.
It’s me I am back again to write another comment about a second Whole Foods in Nashville,TN and something else I thought of was why not put Whole Foods at Rolling Mill Hill of of Hermitage Ave as I heard that location would serve East Nashville,SoBro,and The Gulch. You see the thing is I don’t know whether they would do that or not but it would be a good idea since it would be between all the areas they are interested in.
I know it would be crowded up though but it would be a good fit indeed still the north gulch development is also good as well. The only real way East Nashville where I live could have a Whole Foods location would be if that store Young’s Fashion on Gallatin Avenue closed down which is still probably years down the road but anyway a company like Whole Foods Market has to build where they want but that is just some of my silly ideas if anyone is interested in reading them so until next time.
