We’re getting unhappier at work

Southerners responding to the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index last month indicated their work environments are worsening. The South’s score is now below the national average for the first time since March. View the full study here.

    Why shouldn’t it be? Expected to pay the
    national average or more for Housing, anything
    else purchased, yet live on wages below the
    national average for years and going down with
    less inherited wealth than anyother region in
    the nation. But don’t tell the Chamber any of
    that, they tell us we’re special!

    This is the reason that we need healthcare reform. Tn is brain-dead as long as the GOP and the churches run the state. I do not think that the south will rise again. We have to join the rest of the country, and not be stuck in the past.

    doughnuts.
