A parking garage being run by a 25 year old whose myspace nickname is chappy mcnasty. This is going to be a classy establishment! I think they’ll need more security guards there than at the Fuel nightclub.

    Tabb,

You must work for that dying giant Central Parking> shame that an upstart young company can take a jewel of a property from world’s largest transportation company. Monroe’s family still owns the land!
You must be jealous of Mr. Chapman’ success and inadequate in your own.
Sounds like this young man is on his way to building a great company. One with integrity.

I have worked with Ryan Chapman on several different things, some related to Premier and some not. He has always been very easy to work with, direct and honest in all of his dealings with me.
