Nashville apartment rents down
By J.R. Lind Posted on February 25, 2010 at 10:00 amApartment search Web site RentJungle.com reports rents in Nashville have declined 9 percent over the past six months, with average monthly rents down $88 to $900.
According to the site, which analyzes more than 1 million apartment ads, rents are down 4 percent nationally over the same time period. Nashville tied Denver for the largest decline.
