BioMimetic shareholder eyes 25%

Novo A/S, the Danish health care conglomerate that owns 17 percent of Franklin’s BioMimetic Therapeutics (Ticker: BMTI), has filed a trading plan that will let it systematically raise that stake to up to 25 percent.
