Sitel snags media client

Call center manager Sitel says a large publishing company has hired it to handle customer service work. The Nashville-based company will use about 200 people in the Phillipines on the contract.

A recession growth business

A senior exec at Nashville-based call center manager Sitel, which has been adding or renewing contracts left and right, says his business will grow by almost a third this year, the same pace as in 2008.
