Thompson’s Station tells Tollgate to stop toiling

Saying developer James Carbine hasn’t followed through on a commitment to donate some land in his Tollgate development, Thompson’s Station officials have sued and ordered a halt to all construction work in the subdivision. Plans call for the 385-acre Tollgate site to have some 750 residences, but less than 100 have been built and occupied.
